About Me.
Hi, I’m Shannon Ashe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Meeting Point Therapy. I believe in truly meeting people where they are and offer compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals navigating life’s challenges, whether that means managing stress, working through trauma, or addressing the complexities of substance use.

With a background in both clinical and administrative roles, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life. My approach is rooted in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.

I specialize in working with individuals impacted by substance use—whether directly or through supporting a loved one—but I also work with clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

In addition to my clinical work, I co-founded The Everywhere Project, a harm reduction organization dedicated to meeting people where they are with compassion and support. I’m also trained in facilitating TREM groups and hold a 250-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification, which allows me to incorporate mindfulness and body-based practices into therapy when helpful.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
